As an Executive Secretary the ideal candidate will manage both the daily operations including scheduling meeting coordination and event planning as well as tackle higherlevel responsibilities such as handling sensitive information managing relationships and overseeing special projects. This position demands proactive problemsolving discretion and the ability to navigate complex situations. In this role you will adapt to the everchanging demands of the Deputy Secretary shifting priorities as necessary while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all administrative duties. You will also serve as a key representative of the Office of Children Youth and Families engaging with the public by drafting correspondence welcoming guests and thoughtfully representing the office in all interactions. As the primary point of contact for individuals families and external stakeholders you will provide exceptional customer service handling each call email and visitor with professionalism efficiency and attention to detail addressing questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
