Job Description

We are seeking a bioinformatics software engineer to lead the development deployment and maintenance of a software tool for the generation storage organization and interactive retrieval of omics signatures.

The position will require database software development and interface development skills as well as the ability to analyze data from multiple omics assays (transcriptomics proteomics metabolomics etc.). The position will also require proficiency in R SQL and API programming as well as containerization and cloud deployment fluency.

Required Skills

Role requires Bachelors plus 13 years of experience or Masters degree in related field.
