Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Technology Professional to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing technology solutions that meet business needs leveraging expertise in mobile cloud IoT and blockchain technologies. The Technology Professional will collaborate with crossfunctional teams contribute to the software development life cycle and drive the adoption of the latest technology trends significantly impacting Synechrons strategic objectives.
Software Requirements
Required Proficiency:
- Proficient understanding of mobile cloud IoT and blockchain technologies
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Preferred Proficiency:
- Familiarity with software development tools such as Git JIRA and Confluence
Overall Responsibilities
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand technology requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements and suggest ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Participate in the resolution of technical issues and provide technical support to team members.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
- Required: Proficiency in Java Python or
Cloud Technologies:
- Required: Strong understanding of cloud platforms
Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required: Agile methodologies SDLC
- Preferred: Experience with Git JIRA and Confluence
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams and participating in code reviews.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
- Write test and deploy software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
