Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled Technofunctional CRM professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in designing developing and executing automation scripts ensuring highquality software delivery and enhancing our CRM solutions. The Technofunctional CRM professional will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and efficiency directly contributing to Synechrons strategic business objectives.

Software Requirements

• Required Proficiency:

  • Selenium TestNG Maven Jenkins JIRA: Advanced level
  • Technofunctional CRM: Proficiency in integrating technical and functional CRM aspects
  • API testing: Proficient
  • Database testing: Proficient

• Preferred Proficiency:

  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices

Overall Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute automation scripts for CRM applications.
• Perform functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify track and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Required: Java (strong knowledge)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript

• Frameworks and Libraries:

  • Required: Selenium TestNG Maven

• Development Tools and Methodologies:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in automation testing and Technofunctional CRM.
• Prior experience with Selenium and Java is essential.
• Proven experience working in a team environment and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.

DaytoDay Activities

• Write maintain and execute automated test cases for CRM applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure optimal performance.
• Review test cases and provide constructive feedback to enhance testing processes.
• Participate in agile sprint planning retrospectives and other team meetings.
• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Java technology and CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certification in Java programming or CRM technologies is a plus.
• Continuous professional development in CRM and automation testing technologies is encouraged.
