Content Apps and Partner Engagement team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition engagement and monetisation for entertainment content on Fire TV and Fire tablets. The team is responsible for growing selection deepening customer engagement and monetising 3rd party apps and video content on Fire devices. We work with top video and entertainment partners with directtoconsumer streaming propositions to delight Amazon customers with a wide selection of TV shows movies music and more. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing a rapidly growing category of content on Amazons bestselling devices.
As a Marketing Manager Owned and Operated you will build and execute marketing plans to drive app downloads on Fire devices customer engagement and monetisation via purchases of entertainment content and subscriptions. You will evaluate growth opportunities based on industry trends and internal data being responsible for the fastest growing Digital Apps & Games content category by revenue. You will build integrated marketing strategies to drive growth of top entertainment content working with internal and external partners to bring these campaigns to life. You will also work in collaboration with the devices marketing team on approaches to market Fire devices to new audience segments.
This is a 22Month fixed term contract based out of our Berlin office.
Key job responsibilities
* Own and manage the daytoday calendar planning for ondevice content placements and email communications ensuring optimal visibility and performance of entertainment content
* Lead the endtoend email marketing execution including content planning audience segmentation and performance optimization
* Serve as the operational expert within the team maintaining best practices and driving process improvements for campaign execution
* Conceptualize build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including targeting segmentation and campaign performance analysis
* Draft and localise marketing collateral and advertising creative for various digital channels
* Participate in the establishment implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of initiatives to drive content downloads content usage and inapp purchases
The successful candidate will be highly analytical resourceful customer focused team oriented and will have an ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. You will have a proven track record for executing successful marketing programs across multiple touch points.
Experience in professional noninternship marketing
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
