Location
This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa Canada office at least three days a week.
About the team
Within Global Customer Care the Solution Performance team focuses on our customers most pressing business and performance needs. Our mission is to provide proactive insight and guidance on performance characteristics while identifying risks to solution scalability for customerspecific implementations of Maestro.
This is a fulltime 8 or 12month position starting September 2025.
To be eligible for a Coop or Intern position at Kinaxis you must either be currently enrolled in fulltime education or if you are a recent/upcoming graduate your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
What you will do
- Work with a mentor to conduct performance testing including simulation
development results collection and analysis - Collaborate with testers and developers to improve user simulation tests
- Develop automations to analyze and report on performance test results
- Additional project may be requested
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a postsecondary computer science program or equivalent
- Strong programming skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to have
- Proficiency in JavaScript or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with tools such as JMeter K6; protocol such as HTTP/SOAP and standards such as HTML/XML/JSON are assets
