Join Seronda Networks as a Customer Service Assistant!

Location: Saint Louis Missouri (Onsite Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41200 $44780 per year

Work Type: Inperson (strictly onsite)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the face of our company responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner thus enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
