Caretaker - Aurora

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join one of our longterm clients team at (1)of their properties in Aurora CO. The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience within a porter or groundskeeping role residential multifamily experience is highly preferred. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).

Salary: $18$22/hour DOQ. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning apartments hallway corridors and model
• Picking up garbage including dog waste and emptying garbage cans on property
• Removing leaves from entries/shoveling snow within a reasonable timeframe
• Sweeping stairwells/knocking down bird nests
• Delivering letters and flyers
• Misc duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 years experience within a porter or groundskeeping role residential multifamily experience is highly preferred.
• Light maintenance experience lock changing shoveling salting picking up trash replacing lightbulbs vacuuming sweeping mopping helping with unit turns and other duties as assigned.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Hospitality set mindset when working with the residents.
• Hold a valid Drivers License and active vehicle insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
