Job Description
The role of the Steward is tosanitize all kitchen areas and equipment ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas.
Responsibilities
v Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment stoves grills prep tables etc.
v Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area floors and walls.
v Cleaning and sanitizing Food and Beverage outlets to include but not limited to: Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming etc.
v Heavy duty cleaning of ovens hoods grills sinks wall floors and other heavy equipment.
v Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
v Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
v Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
v Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
v Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
v Must be able to read write and comprehend English.
v Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
