EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community. Ability to comprehend what is being asked for and the ability to reason when the request is not correct and then direct them to the correct information. Ability to speak fluently and make oneself understood effectively.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
