The Greater Geelong and Borough of Queenscliffe (GGQ) Local Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is delivered by a consortium of equal partners: Barwon Health Wathaurong Aboriginal Cooperative Ltd Wellways Australia and Erhma365. Were seeking a positive enthusiastic and detailoriented Service Delivery Administration Officer to join our team to help shape the future of mental health and wellbeing services across Victoria.
Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator youll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our services ensuring timely and accurate delivery of administrative tasks including rostering referral processing data entry and maintenance and other ad hoc duties as required.
This position requires a highly skilled individual with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel which underpins our complex rostering system. Youll be responsible for keeping rostering functions current and compliant with relevant award provisions and industrial requirementsensuring fair shift distribution and operational efficiency.
Your effective time management keen attention to detail and ability to build strong working relationships will be essential to your success in this role.
