Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Substitute School Nurse to manage health services for the Middle High School on a temporary basis possibly through the remainder of the school include:Liaison between the physicians school community and families in improving the health needs of planning evaluation management and referral activities for care to students in compliance with school district policies professional standards of practice physicians orders and Individual Health to the NH Nurse Practice Act Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses and the school districts policies and and implement Individual Health screenings physical examinations and immunization programs at safety and child protection regulations and laws related to confidentiality reporting of child abuse and neglect and other healthrelated aid and emergency care for illnesses and injuries incurred during school for health education for students and in the Health Curriculum accurate health records for students and reports to the state and other in the health services budget and recommend changes for safety hazards and sanitary conditions in the school. Maintain professional competencies through inservice educational activities and professional growth sensitivity to the emotional and mental health needs of other duties as assigned by the Principal.
