ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to take your tax expertise to the next level Join our dynamic team as a Senior Tax Manager where youll play a pivotal role in overseeing GAAP and statutory tax provisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the team responsible for our organizations tax provisions ensuring compliance and accuracy.
As a Senior Tax Manager youll engage in complex tax research developing insightful conclusions to communicate directly to senior leadership. Youll stay ahead of the curve by monitoring proposed income tax legislation and managing various planning and analysis projects that shape our companys income tax positions.

This role will report to the Tax Director and is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton MO. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
This position certainly involves a wide range of responsibilities! Heres a summary of the key tasks:
- Tax Provisions Management: Oversee and review tax provisions under ASC 740 for U.S. financial statements and foreign tax provisions under local GAAP
- Supervision: Supervise two provision employees
- Quarterly Reviews: Review quarterly tax rate projections and tax account analyses
- Legislation Monitoring: Keep track of proposed income tax legislation
- Communication: Clearly communicate complex tax issues to senior management
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on income tax issues and recommend compliance or taxsaving strategies
- Policy Development: Assist in developing companywide tax policies
- Consultation: Work with external service providers on tax provision audits

Qualifications
:
- Must have 10 or more years of combined public accounting and corporate income tax experience
- Must meet ONE of the following education requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Masters degree in Accounting or Tax
- Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Tax or LLM
- Must have 6 or more years of experience managing a team
- Must have advanced knowledge of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) with 6 or more years of tax provision (ASC 740) experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- CPA preferred
- 15 or more years of combined public accounting and corporate income tax experience preferred
- Experience withOneSource and/or othertax software and systems preferred
- Advanced level of proficiency in tax research preferred
