Summary:

Responsible for evaluation and determining the appropriate pay structure for Physicians and APPs within CCPN. Will analyze market trends salary surveys and recruiting data to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Additionally this role will design and implement incentive programs monitor internal trends and collaborate with other Cook departments to ensure compliance and regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required in a businessrelated field ideally with an emphasis in finance economics statistics or mathematics.
  • Requires 4 years of Finance/Accounting experience or demonstrated performance 3 years physician comp experience.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Survey interpretation knowledge is desired.
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve make decisions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
