Job Title: Associates Corporate Strategy

Job Duties
Associates Corporate Strategy for Port Washington NY location. Assist with crafting and leading key strategic initiatives and plans in CPG industry. Work with Executive Leadership to identify opportunities to deliver maximum value to clients by serving as a liaison to the core business units driving product innovation developing new partnerships and leading merger and acquisition activity. Work closely with experienced Associates Directors and Vice Presidents of the Strategy Team and Executive Leadership in diverse corporate strategy and corporate development projects including M&A corporate strategies and strategic plans. Conduct research and analysis interpret results and make recommendations for next business steps. Build qualitative and quantitative research tools to support and execute projects. Develop presentations and models for various scenarios including mergers and acquisitions partnerships growth opportunities business process optimization organization design and strategic initiatives for multiple projects. Technical Environment: quantitative and qualitative research industry trends; data visualization; financial and revenue analysis modeling; competitive analysis; Excel PPT; Tableau PowerBI; Marketing mix modeling; Python; predictive models; Google Analytics.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting Business Strategy/Administration or Marketing plus two years of experience in Data Analysis or Marketing Mix Modeling required. Skills required: Hands on competitive analysis experience using quantitative and qualitative research and analyzing industry trends for Consumer products or services in CPG industry; based on research and analysis: develop synthesize and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals (short term action plan metrics & long term plan that increases revenue margins and market share); financial analysis and modeling revenue analysis and projection data visualization; creating predictive models tracking strategic initiatives; problemsolving experience using Tableau PowerBI; Marketing mix modeling; Python; Google Analytics; Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills required. Some telecommuting permitted.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $82800/yr $102000/yr.
