Youll be the first point of connection for new hires and a trusted partner in building skills safety and confidence on the floor. If youre an experienced production leader with a passion for coaching and handson learning this is the role for you.


What Youll Do:

As a Training Coordinator youre part guide part mentor and part motivator. Your mission To ensure every new hire hits the ground running and every production team member has what they need to succeed.

  • Lead handson training for new hires on safety quality and equipment procedures
  • Set the tone each day with morning startup meetings and clear communication
  • Support new team members as they develop technical and teamwork skills
  • Track progress give feedback and help team leads with onthejob training goals
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we trainand help make it better
  • Lead by example in safety efficiency and respect on the floor

MustHaves:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 35 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment ideally in a lead or training role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control workflow and safety protocols
  • Great communication and people skillsyou enjoy helping others succeed
  • Ability to manage time stay organized and multitask in a fastpaced setting

NicetoHaves:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree (especially in Business Industrial Engineering or related fields)
  • Experience creating or improving safety and training programs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • HAZWOPER or other safetyrelated training helpful

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelors degree in business management Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven supervisory or lead role experience within a manufacturing environment (35 years).
  • Strong understanding of quality control workflow processes and workforce management.
  • Demonstrated experience with safety programs and process development.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify problems determine root causes and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards in manufacturing.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by production needs.
  • Ability to work in various temperature environments as needed in manufacturing settings.
