Us Were Amazons Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) team. We support and advocate for Amazons global network of delivery partners and were looking for a customerobsessed Creative Producer to bring our communications strategies to life across several bespoke communications channels.
Amazons Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week for retail customers all across the world. The TPX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners communicating business critical information and program updates. This role will support event presentation efforts for both community types (DSP and AFP audiences) and internal Amazonian partners by producing and delivering barraising event presentations.
The Event Content Designer role is best fit for a creative executor that can work both independently and collaboratively with diverse crossfunctional business teams. The ideal candidate can pivot and evolve presentation needs in a fastpaced environment ensuring stakeholders messaging needs are met while prioritizing the customer experience. Rockstars in this role must possess strong presentation communications and project management skills in order to prioritize and deliver against multiple competing priorities. Must love travel! This role will need to travel 40% of the year in support of events.
Key job responsibilities
* Collaborating with the event creative lead and TPX Creative Director to adopt event visual brand identity and language into keynote and breakout presentation archetypes
* Working closely with Event content and speaker teams to execute complex technical business scripts into visually compelling keynote and breakout templates
* For marquee event types owning the endtoend relationship with 3P presentation design agency ensuring that all keynote and breakout presentations meet communicated development milestones and adhere to event visual brand identities
* Managing the content revision process coordinating content changes between internal stakeholders and design agency to ensure all content changes are reflected and ensure that content teams are working from the most uptodate presentation versions
* Quality Control (QC) presentation decks onsite and direct agency on necessary corrections or changes
* Establishing and managing an event presentation tracking mechanism that clearly communicates presentation status upcoming milestones to all stakeholders
4 years creating presentations in PowerPoint Google Slides Prezi or other industrystandard presentation design software for conferencestyle events
3 years graphic design experience and working within brand guidelines
2 years experience in design video photo and video production; either handson or collaborating with others
Bachelors degree or 3 years of equivalent professional experience
6 years creating presentations in PowerPoint Google Slides Prezi or other industrystandard presentation design software for conferencestyle events
4 years graphic design and/or art direction experience in a corporate setting
Experience animating slide designs (Transitions morphs etc.) in PowerPoint
Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills
Strong project management skills and experience including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
