Overview
Titan Security is having an INVITATION ONLY hiring event . We are recruiting for Customer Service Security Officers for commercial office building in Chicagos Central Business Disctrict. We have all shifts available must have flexible availability. Postions starting at $18.50 /hour and up! These hiring event will be conducted on 05/16/2025

Only candidates who are invited will be interviewed. The requirements for this role include having at least 2 years of high level customer service.
Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for several different positions. Previous security & customer service experience military experience or clerical experience preferred.
Responsiblities:
- Greeting welcoming and engaging with tenants
- Maintain front desk appearance cleanliness and efficient operational look.
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- In addition you will maintain a safe environment by completing access control monitoring cameras conducting patrols and responding to incidents and emergencies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Able to pass preemployment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to read write speak and understand English
Able to meet physical essential functions of the job which can include lifting 50 lbs completing foot patrols walking up and down stairs working in inclement weather
Must be comfortable with heights and elevators
Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
2 years experience as a security officer or in a customer service retail hotel or restaurant position
Bilingual considered a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:
$18.50$19 / hour
