Job Description
Mission:
The Outbound Account Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential JobNimbus customers sparking interest delivering highimpact demos and closing deals all to drive new business and grow revenue.
What youll be doing:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting: cold calls emails social outreach and strategic followups
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and convert prospects into customers.
- Own the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and hitting activity benchmarks
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure visibility and momentum across the sales pipeline.
- Partner and source leads with Sales Development Representatives
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development.
- Strong communication and nextlevel presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage leads with authenticity.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with a bias for action.
