Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and innovative Online Middle and High School Teachers to deliver engaging asynchronous instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will create and facilitate an interactive supportive online classroom that fosters student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely meaningful feedback on student work and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and engagement proactively reaching out to support learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community.
- Integrate spiritual formation into instruction encouraging character development and ethical decisionmaking.
- Communicate regularly with students parents and support staff to ensure academic success.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject.
- Experience in online teaching and familiarity with best practices for virtual education.
- Strong communication organization and technology skills.
This position requires an educator who is passionate about studentcentered online learning and committed to fostering meaningful virtual connections to support student growth.
