Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager with a strong background in GTM tools and a proven track record in product management. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of overall work experience including at least 2 years in a Business Analyst Product Owner or Functional Consultant role within Salesforce. While this is not a Salesforcespecific role experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for GTM tools ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Marketing RevOps and Engineering to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
- Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation to execution ensuring timely delivery of highimpact features.
- Optimize workflows and integrations between GTM tools including CRM analytics automation and sales enablement platforms.
- Leverage data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements and measure the impact of product initiatives.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices ensuring seamless integration and process efficiency.
- Develop a strong understanding of task management systems PSA tools and discovery tools to enhance GTM workflows and team efficiency.
Skills and Experience
- 46 years of overall work experience with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst Product Owner or Functional Consultant in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and the technology stack supporting sales marketing and customer success functions.
- Handson experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud or related modules) is required.
- Proven ability to define execute and deliver successful product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Familiarity with sales enablement automation tools and RevOps technologies is a plus.
- Good understanding of task management systems PSA tools and discovery tools.
