Luxury Stores at Amazon is continually growing its meaningful selection across a global portfolio of luxury fashion and beauty brands. The Brand Management team is responsible for driving the acceleration of brand growth retention of key relationships and promotion of luxury brand needs within Amazon. The team works closely with brands to curate compelling assortments create unique merchandising stories through their direct relationship with Brands grow their business and customer base on Amazon and drive operational improvements through partnership with internal stakeholders. We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team in Europe. The role is focused on recruiting on boarding launching and account managing to success for some of the most influential brands in fashion and beauty whilst leveraging key learning/feedback to improve the Luxury Stores at Amazon experience for both brands and customers.
Key job responsibilities
Drive strategic business development and lead EU5 market launches for luxury and premium fashion brands with high degree of autonomy; managing negotiations signings and brand performance endtoend. Navigate ambiguous and undefined areas of the business establishing new frameworks and methodologies where none exist. Act as the primary advisor and relationship owner for highpriority enterpriselevel partners aligning brand growth strategies with Amazons objectives. Own Csuite relationships lead executive partnerships and guide complex negotiations and strategic planning. Develop and scale innovative solutions to boost brand visibility and results across EU5. Oversee account strategy including catalogue optimization store merchandising and performance analytics. Deliver datadriven insights to shape business and market decisions. Lead crossfunctional efforts with technical category and ops teams to improve the luxury customer experience. Identify and propose strategic enhancements to the Luxury Stores platform.
Experience managing and growing large accounts product marketing or management consulting roles
Experience in sales or marketing work (like ecommerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent
Experience with MS Office Suite CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
Experience working with legal product and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
