This recently opened 1MichelinStar Mediterranean Restaurant is one of the coolest restaurants in London today! Serving up to 120 covers per service they are looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for running the pass and creating seriously tasty innovative dishes.
You must have worked within Michelinstarred kitchens previously.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Sous Chef
- 47000 to 50000 DOE including tronc
- 7 shifts over 4 days 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Running the pass
- Overseeing junior chefs reporting to the exceptional Head Chef
- Cooking to an extremely high level whilst overseeing all the MEP
- Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
- You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a topclass restaurant
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef to further progress in their culinary career as you will be working alongside a talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade who are willing to share their culinary knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the training and progression opportunities!
