Who You Are
- Strong capabilities of analysis and synthesis.
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in crossdisciplinary research.
- Excellent command of French and English especially written.
- Autonomy discipline and good organizational skills.
- Knowledge in design thinking and ability to facilitate creative workshops is a plus.

We are looking for our next Foresight Intern as of September 2025 at our AXA Headquarters!
Location: 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within Group Communications Brand and Sustainability you will join the Group Foresight Team as a Foresight Intern.
The Group Foresight Teams mission is to proactively identify emerging trends and emerging signals that will shape AXAs future direction. By staying ahead of the curve the team ensures that AXA is wellprepared to anticipate innovate and meet the evolving needs of its future customers. The team conducts forwardlooking analyses on a wide range of topics including major social and economic trends the impact of climate change technological advancements and the future of healthcare through a sustainabilityfocused lens. Collaborating with internal and external experts the team enriches its analyses enhances AXAs visibility and strategically positions the company on crucial future issues. Additionally Foresight facilitates the alignment of mediumterm initiatives with a longterm perspective offering valuable strategic insight for the business.
What Youll Do
- Contribute to content production and desk research in the thematic pillars of environment health socioeconomics and data & tech.
- Draft foresight analysis to feed the teams monthly newsletter internal foresight notes and the annual foresight exploration.
- Explore different foresight tools and methodologies aiming to strengthen the teams toolkit and our colleagues foresight capacities.
- Assist in the coordination and presentation of creative workshops webinars and other events to promote foresight productions.
- Support the rollingout of the 100 reasons to love the future program.
The headquarters of the AXA Group is based at 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement in Paris and brings together the Groups corporate activities. It is distinguished by its strong international culture.
