Job Description
Salary range: $130000 $150000
Responsibilities:
- Job Site Coordination manage daytoday activities on site and ensure that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Subtrade/Supplier Management ability to manage construction subtrades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues that may arise during a project
- Project Management Interface ability to work in partnership with the Project Management team to deliver a highquality finished product while managing the schedule and budget
- Client Interface meeting with architects consultants and/or clients to manage project issues and maintain positive working relationships
- Project Documentation use Microsoft and other webbased software to manage labour materials and equipment cost coding expense submittals field reports schedules meeting minutes request for changes etc.
- Budget Management continuous monitoring and management of project budget ability to minimize project costs through inventive methods and regular financial reporting to management
- Ensure compliance to Work Safe BC regulations
What you bring:
- Experience in a superintendent role overseeing WoodFrame MultiFamily projects from start to finish.
- Eligible to work in Canada on a fulltime basis.
- A strong grasp of current construction practices including familiarity with construction documents drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of safety programs and procedures in BC and how to ensure they are followed on site at all times.
- Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders.
- Experience using project management software is an asset.
