Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
Experience Minimum of five years in facilities management leadership.
Education Bachelors Degree in a related field.
Special Skills Knowledge of pumps engines HVAC and other complex mechanical equipment; Ability to read civil mechanical and electrical construction documents; Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills; Familiarity with Federal State and local standards including NFPA OSHA JACHO EPA DEQ DHH FDA State Police and Hazmat regulations.

Engineering and Construction: Directs the design and construction of new facilities or modifications to existing ones and arranges for outside contractors for specific maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintenance Oversight: Manages building repairs construction projects and continuous maintenance of equipment. Oversee the production and distribution of utilities like steam power and gas.
Contract and Safety Management: Reviews public utility contracts maintains the safety data sheet library and implements training programs for hazardous materials and waste management.
Regulatory Compliance: Works with departments to resolve regulatory issues compiles information on plant facilities and establishes maintenance standards. Ensures compliance with agencies such as EPA DEQ DHH FDA State Police and Hazmat.
Preventative Maintenance: Develops and adjusts maintenance programs to meet insurance policy requirements and ensures the effective management of hazardous materials and wastes.
Quality Assurance: Provides technical support conducts quality assurance programs and performs safety inspections to assess compliance and develop corrective action plans.
