ARSIEM is looking for an Instructor/Content Developer (Sr)to manage training and development programs. This position will support one of our Government clients in Columbia MD.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning development delivery evaluation and administration of nontechnical training and development programs.
- Identifies performance/behavior gaps makes recommendations and provides solutions in order to improve business performance increase retention or develop future leaders.
- Determines costs/benefits and creates highimpact lowcost solutions.
- Researches externally available programs.
- Oversees the design and presentation of training programs. Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of programs.
- May personally conduct selected programs. Serves as a technical resource for programs that are developed and presented. Determines which training intervention will best meet the requirements or needs in a given situation.
- Markets the benefits of training and development of employees as a means of continually improving our workforce.
- Maintains relationships with line managers to be aware of potential training needs and to help them analyze performance deficiencies with their employees.
- Ensures training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) through the use of multilevel tracking and measurement systems.
- Modes of Course Delivery: Instructor Led LiveVirtual Mobile Training Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the competency areas of the courses to be instructed (unless otherwise exempted by the Government).
- Bachelors (or equivalent) with 8 10 years of experience and or a Masters with 6 8 years of experience.
- Must meet Cyber Instructor Work Role ID 712 (NIST: OVED002) standards: least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience working under general supervision to provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.
- Experience supervising coordinates providing leadership to and reviewing the work of assigned staff.
- Experience supervising individual contributors in technical positions and/or entrylevel professionals.
- Experience estimating staffing needs assigning work recommending candidates for employment making recommendations for termination conducting performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies.
$110000 $150000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active Secret clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role If you do ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $5000 and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
