At AMC we provide a secure privacysafe and cloudbased environment for advertisers to perform advanced analytics across multiple data sets and generate actionable insights. Our services ingest and process billions of behavioral signals daily making speed scale and accuracy critical to our success.
Youll work in exciting computer science domains managing massivescale streaming systems applying machine learning and data science expertise using Big Data (e.g. Spark) technology to drive optimizations and insights.
Were seeking experienced motivated software engineers with a proven track record in data engineering and scalable web services. If youre passionate about developing analytical solutions to solve complex business problems and driving results that impact Amazons business this is the right opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate is innovative with excellent problemsolving analytical and technical skills. Youre comfortable working on Linux systems and have a deep understanding of agile software development. You excel at building exceptional customer relationships uncovering the true requirements behind feature requests and simplifying complex problems to tackle challenges.

3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
