Job Description
Job Summary: 365 Power Platform AI Business Architect
Design develop and implement AIpowered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform AI Builder CoPilots Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI and automation solutions.
Build and maintain highperformance AI infrastructure leveraging Microsoft Azure Power Platform and related tools.
Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning Cognitive Services Bot Framework and Azure AI tools.
Optimize AI algorithms and ensure models are thoroughly tested validated and reliable.
Integrate Copilot Studio with data sources such as SharePoint Dynamics 365 and external APIs.
Evaluate and implement AI technologies and architectures (LLMs SLMs RAG etc.) as appropriate for business needs.
Document and communicate technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Lead or contribute to platform improvements including model finetuning and custom ML training.
Ensure adherence to agile development CI/CD and best practices in solution delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and problemsolving.
Stay up to date with AI Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystem advancements.
Work independently and collaboratively interacting with business users at all levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience building web applications.
Proficiency in Power Apps Power Automate Plugins AI Builder CoPilot Azure Azure DevOps and C#.NET.
Experience developing and deploying AI models; strong programming skills (Python Java or C#).
Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Strong communication problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred: Microsoft certifications knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and experience with full application testing lifecycle.
