About the Practice

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work with our Trauma patients at our level 2 hospital burg General.

This provider would be f ocused on geriatric trauma patients from door to discharge. You will follow the patient through the hospital and ensure smooth transitions through discharge with potential for outpatient followup.

Provider expereince is required for this role. New grads are not accepted at this time.

• support trauma patients from door to discharge
• support trauma team
• collaborate with trauma services such as neurosurgery orthopedic surgery etc.

About the role:

• Day Shift Monday Friday
• No call
• Inpatient
• 12 surgeons and 4 APPs to collaborate with

CMGburg Family Medicine Residency is a training ground for future Family Physicians. Centra Medical Group is launching the health systems first clinical advancement program for CMG Advanced Practice Providers LEAPP (Leadership Excellence Advocacy Professional Growth and Professionalism). This program is a twotier selfdirected pathway that allows our providers to choose how they how they wish to advance along the pathway. The goal of LEAPP is to provide APP s within the medical group with a structured pathway for advancement while allowing them to focus on their interest with an associated financial incentive for completing the program. This is an exciting step for our medical group and our Advanced Practice Providers and we look forward to sharing more with you.
