Job Description
We are seeking a RN Medical / Surgical for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Utica New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: 12hr Day; 6:30AM 7PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2016 $2160
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and postdischarge care.
- Follow hospital policies procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in MS and documents travel experience.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and (NIHSS) certification.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 75mile radius qualify for travel pay.
