Job Description
Location: Waupaca WI 54981
Pay: $38.86 $41.42 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs to improve patients motor skills cognitive abilities and functional independence.
- Use therapeutic techniques such as exercises adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and therapy standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required).
- License: Active OT license (Required).
- Experience: 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
- Certifications: NBCOT Certification BLS Certification (Required).
- Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and patient care skills.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
