This hybrid position blends Human Resources Marketing and Sales focused on serving the Lehigh Valley business community.
What You ll Do:
Follow a structured performance program including daily contact reporting
Recruit and screen candidates
Verify qualifications through testing and references
Identify and engage businesses with hiring needs in Finance Customer Service and Office Support
Schedule interviews negotiate pay rates and build lasting client relationships
What We re Looking For:
Enthusiastic professional and wellorganized communicator
Experience or strong interest in recruiting sales or human resources
Comfortable with outreach relationshipbuilding and multitasking
Able to work parttime hours with flexibility after a 30 60 day training period
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
