Job Overview:
Our client is a real estate development firm in Lagos specializing in creating highquality residential properties. They are known for their innovative designs and commitment to excellence. They are looking for independent resultsdriven Sales Associates to promote attract source and close sales deals for our offplan developments.
The ideal candidates must possess a strong network sales expertise and a proven track record in offplan sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote attract source and close sales deals for assigned offplan developments.
- Utilize personal existing contacts and clientele to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain an independent social media presence to promote assigned portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets and take responsibility for assigned developments.
Job Requirements:
- 2 4 years of experience in sales of offplan developments
- Proven sales track record and network
- Strong social media strategy and independent work page
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
