Job Description

Ivalua Configuration Specialist

Strategic opportunity in the insurance industry for a skilled Ivalua platform specialist. This hybrid Torontobased role focuses on Ivalua configuration system optimization and crossfunctional collaboration. Ideal for candidates with strong SQL expertise procurement knowledge and potential interest in fulltime conversion.

What is in it for you:

Salaried: $9095 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $105110 per hour.
6month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm.
Hybrid work: inoffice Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
Collaborate with internal clients and teams to gather assess and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain configuration documentation and test scripts.
Provide technical expertise and best practices for leveraging the Ivalua platform.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of system configurations.
Support data migration and system integration efforts.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Ivalua Certified Configuration Specialist or equivalent certifications (nice to have).
4 years of experience configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
Advanced proficiency in SQL including query writing and optimization.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience collaborating with remote and crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
Experience preparing process documentation and working with operations teams (nice to have).
