About the Role
Join our dynamic security operations team as a Data Analyst where youll play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining complex data products that underpin critical security functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define data requirements implement robust data management standards and ensure the accuracy and availability of data across multiple security domains. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining compliance with best practices and enhancing overall data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Data Development: Design develop and enhance complex data products to support security operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define data analytics requirements and reporting solutions.
Data Management: Implement and maintain data management standards processes and templates.
Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical and procedural documentation including system support and configuration guides.
Reporting: Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot data issues and provide support for datadriven applications.
Product Upgrades: Plan and implement product upgrades ensuring alignment with data management best practices.
OnCall Support: Participate in a 24/7 support roster responding to incidents within defined timeframes.
Mentorship: Transfer skills and knowledge to internal teams supporting capability uplift.
Requirements
Criteria
Essential Criteria:
Expertise in producing data outputs products or services including building capability in others.
Ability to investigate and plan data modeling activities in complex environments.
Experience in data management including data integrity transformation and secure information handling.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience with spatial data types and .Net spatial methods.
Demonstrated experience in supporting missioncritical 24x7 systems.
