Job Description
- Perform analytical testing of various attributes of materials used in the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals and therapeutics. Materials range from pure chemical compounds to complex biological components.
- Run instrumentation independently including but not limited to various chromatographic spectrometric potentiometric gravimetric and electrophoretic equipment as well as perform a variety of immunochemical assays wet chemistry and colligative and physical attribute testing.
- Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis
- Document work as required for GMP compliance
- Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in chemistry biochemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directlyrelated experience
- Minimum of 12 years of related or direct experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime Monday to Friday 7:00am 3:00pm or 3:00pm 11:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
