A bit more about what youll do
- Responds to and manages resident complaints and or service issues
- May coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
- May help with other resident related issues as assigned.
- Essential Functions: Supports residents during the moveout process which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers.
- Followsup with residents who have issued work order/service requests or expressed issues/concerns with the community.
- Assist residents with any need
- Register cars to park onsite
- Register pets for existing residents
- Enter in service requests for residents
- Answer questions regarding service requests
- Send communication to residents
- Responds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues
- Contact residents about policy violations
Qualifications :
- 2 years customer service experience in a fastpaced service environment (ie property management hospitality retail restaurant etc.).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to read write and speak English.
