Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and providing exceptional support across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred
