Reboot Staff is currently seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and providing exceptional support across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment

  • Proficient in basic computer skills and customer service software
