Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our Atlantabased team. In this role you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and delivering a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution
Identify recurring customer issues and report insights to the management team
Follow company procedures and protocols for handling customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent solutionfocused support
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer support or service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
