Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our Atlantabased team. In this role you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and delivering a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution

  • Identify recurring customer issues and report insights to the management team

  • Follow company procedures and protocols for handling customer issues

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent solutionfocused support


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer support or service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
