Job Description
Next Comms Talk is looking for a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that our records are maintained accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering updating and verifying data in our system to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Input data into the company database and ensure its accuracy
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update records as required
Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing scanning and organizing documents
Support other administrative tasks as needed
Assist with data processing and report generation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
