Job Description
Story Lane Box is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent service and growing their communication skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions in a courteous professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns and offering solutions
Make outbound followup calls as needed
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet performance metrics and call center standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center systems
