Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Communications Assistant to support our communications and client service efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between our internal departments and clientfacing teams. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive attitude to ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating communication between service teams and clients
Draft edit and distribute internal and external service updates and notices
Support the execution of servicerelated projects and followups
Maintain organized documentation of client communications and service reports
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and clear communication
Monitor and respond to service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Track service metrics and assist in preparing performance reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or client service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
