Job Description
Our Palm Beach Clinic is looking for a Vet Director to join their existing team of Vets and Nurses in their purposebuilt clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Our team are a hardworking team that follow a all hands in approach. We value initiative learning and accountability and are always looking to provide gold standards of patient care to our clients. We are equipped with ultrasound and digital xray facilities IM3 dental machine dental xray in house laboratory two consultation rooms and a sterile theatre.
If youre an overseasqualified vet with a recognised (registrable) degree we also offer sponsorship and relocation support to help you settle in.
As part of the role youll be offered enrolment in the Lincoln Institutes Leading Edge for Veterinarians program a 12month selfpaced online course (valued at $9000) fully funded and CPDaccredited (24 points). The program covers essential nonclinical skills including communication time management leadership resilience consulting success and more.
About You
- Youre ready to lead a team of likeminded and passionate veterinary professionals
- Youre searching for a depth of support in running a practice and of course continuing your education and development at the same time
- Youre a veterinarian with at least 4 years of clinical experience and registration to work in Australia (or eligibility for vet registration in Australia)
- You have previous management experience or the desire to learn and grow into a leadership role with full support and mentoring
