Our Outside School Hours Care service Banksia Beach State School Helping Hands is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primaryage children. This is a permanent parttime opportunity offering 20 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
Youll work split shifts supporting our MondayFriday hours: 6:30am8:50am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00pm6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!
About the role

Youll lead a vibrant before and afterschool program at a primary school guiding children aged 512 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated statespecific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly youll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
Communicates clearly and confidently
Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
Has Australian work rights
Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
