Job Description
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen im Innendienst
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten um individuelle Lsungen zu finden
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionellen Service
- Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationsfllen
Qualifications :
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprgtes Durchsetzungsvermgen und Problemlsungskompetenz
- Hohe Genauigkeit und Organisationsfhigkeit
- Teamfhigkeit und Kommunikationsstrke
