The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Business Development team in evaluating defining and negotiating new partnership opportunities for LinkedIns Marketing Solutions business. In this role you will be responsible for expanding LinkedIns relationships with leading data and marketing technology providers around the world to fuel the evolution of our Audiences products.
Responsibilities:
Identify develop prioritize and execute partnerships through a thorough assessment of risks opportunities and requirements
Evaluate and respond to inbound partnership opportunities that align with LinkedIns strategic priorities
Manage all stages of the deal process from negotiation to execution by collaborating with prospective partners and internal stakeholders
Lead term sheet drafting and work with legal teams on longform agreement creation.
Assess and improve relevant Partner Programs identifying areas to evolve strategies priorities and operating models to better serve LinkedIn our partners and our customers
Be the ambassador to internal stakeholders of managed partnership deals partner strategy and partner programs
Regularly provide the organization with a comprehensive overview of the market landscape including key players market segmentation opportunities and strategic recommendations
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
8 years experience in hightouch partner management product partnership or business development roles
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with companies in the advertising and marketing technology space
Experience developing and leading complex and multifaceted partnerships within the digital marketing space
Direct experience driving and executing on strategy to grow and optimize product partnerships at multiple levels
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Experience working with global teams across complex lines of business
Project management experience such as launch and management of key initiatives with cross functional teams
Comfortable working independently under deadlines to produce key deliverables
Excellent executive communication interpersonal problemsolving analytical and presentation skills
Ability to use datadriven approaches to develop new partnerships initiatives and lines of business

The pay range for this role is $166000 to $270000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
