Job Description

As Director of Wholesale Sales Enablement at Achieve you will play a pivotal role in driving success through strategic support and development of our partner network. You will lead a highperforming Sales Enablement Team (SET) fostering a peoplefirst culture aligned with our core values: Care Get Better Act with Integrity and Collaboration. Your leadership will focus on achieving exceptional client enrollment by maximizing client financial success. In addition driving partner success through strategic support development and strong relationship management. on achieving exceptional partner success and client enrollment underpinned by a strong positive team culture and datadriven strategies.

Reporting to the Vice President Wholesale Operations you will be instrumental in developing and executing processes that maximize performance and partnership satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Sales Enablement Team (SET) to achieve maximum performance and partner success.
  • Develop document and refine processes that mature partnerships and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure strong relationship management with partners at the sales manager level.
  • Collaborate with SET to equip partner leadership for multiplier effects on success metrics.
  • Measure report and advance SET success using KPIs aligned with client enrollment and partner success.
  • Build quarterly improvement plans for each partner to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Align with leadership to communicate and execute strategic changes.
  • Review and evolve training curriculums for agents and managers.
  • Collaborate with Product Business Intelligence (BI) and Compliance teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • 10 years in Telesales/Call Center leadership with a focus on sales team oversight.
  • 5 years of leadership in inside sales preferably within the Debt Settlement industry motivating and driving performance.
  • Proven ability to build and lead highly engaged teams.
  • Indepth experience in call center planning process mapping and organizational design.
  • Strong communication presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo CA and Phoenix AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country we offer work from home like: TX UT NV WA FL IL NC.

Salary Range: $120000 to $140000 annually bonus benefits.
