This role bridges the gap between team members and management providing guidance and maintaining operational excellence. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
Team leading: supervise and guide the operations team during daily activities emergencies and shift transitions
Overseeing realtime operations: manage the live monitoring and remote control of wind and solar assets to ensure reliable efficient and timely system performance
Managing incidents: lead emergency response coordination and postincident reviews to enhance operational resilience
Complying & Reporting: ensure regulatory compliance maintain accurate logs and report operational events to management
Training & Developing: drive onboarding training and ongoing professional development of operations personnel
Improving processes: lead continuous improvement initiatives and support integration of new technologies and projects.
Qualifications :
Higher education in engineering or related field
Relevant work experience in remote power generation and renewable energy monitoring
Previous control center or dispatch experience
Strong technical understanding of plant systems and SCADA operations
Knowledge of functional system interactions and ability to pay attention to critical elements in a complex and regulated environment
Availability for 24hour oncall duty to meet obligations to the Operations Team as issues arise
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong process orientation and a structured mindset with a clear focus on ensuring adherence to established procedures policies and standards
Able to lead support team development and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
