Job Description
AECOM has a position available for an Operations Support Analyst to work in a Traffic Management Center in Atlanta GA. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all TRIPrelated matters within the TMC operations program.
The responsibilities of this role include but may not be limited to the following:
- Operations Audit Lead This role will act as an internal liaison for the quality and operations team overseeing operator performance audits. The person in this role will ensure audits are completed properly followup with operators is conducted and necessary training adjustments are made based on audit results.
- E911 Coordination and Collaboration This responsibility involves coordinating directly with E911 agencies statewide to enhance understanding of TMC Operations foster collaboration and build strong relationships to improve traffic incident management processes across agencies.
- Ensures directly and through subordinates that projects are completed on time and to company standards.
- Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.
- May provide solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS plus 4 years of recent relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Previous experience with traffic incident management protocols processes and client stakeholders
- Experience using MS Office
- Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous GDOT experience is helpful
- Previous TMC experience preferred
- Previous client facing experience is helpful
